Very prompt in his response. I have an old furnace that he was not really familiar with but he tried his best to find the problem he was not able to fix the problem but was very helpful in talking to me about replacement and did not charge me since he could not fix my problem. I would recommend this company for any of your heating or cooling needs. I would give him a top rating.

Jared is the nicest guy you'll ever meet! He came same day to repair our furnace. Answered all my questions and explained things easily, in a way I understood. Will use him again! Thank you!

We lost our heat around 3 A.M and called about six different companies to come out. We came across Hometown Heating & Cooling and gave them a call. Received a phone call before 8:30 and by 9:15 Jaron was at our house. He repaired our Furnace. Later on in the day the furnace went out again, this time Jaron came back and had to install a new blower motor, and did not charge us a second service fee. It was an expensive Sunday But, I'm at ease that our house is heated and we were well taken care of. His professionalism and honesty while also being personable are the reasons we'll be having him come by again moving forward. We will 100% be having Hometown and Jaron do our annual service inspections moving forward!

We had him replace the blower motor in our furnace. He provided very professional and friendly service. He was also very patient with all of our questions and our very annoying dog! I will be using Hometown Heating & Cooling for any future needs and definitely recommend him!

I called Hometown Heating & Cooling to clean my furnace and change the filters. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He even found and repaired a problem I had with the furnace since last heating season. I definitely would recommend Hometown Heating & Cooling and I will use them again.
